Hopefully you stretched last night, ate protein, and drank water. Day 2 of Try-Outs is upon us! See you on the mat at 4:00pm, ready for another intense session!

Agenda:
  • Warm ups
  • Spin drill/ stance
  • Shots
  • Ties
  • Conditioning

After practice on your own:
  • Keep Warm and go home
  • Shower
  • Eat dinner
  • Drink water
  • Do your homework
  • Stretch
  • Go to bed
